Ahmad Al Dahoud (Finalist)

Today, through the Loyalty Project, individuals with special needs in Ramtha now have access to training courses in soft skills – e.g., time management, team-building, effective communication, and leadership – as well as hard skills, such as computer literacy. The Loyalty Project was launched in 2009 by Ahmad Aldahoud, who had a vision of a community-wide response to meeting the needs of the disabled. Central to his vision was engaging youth as volunteers, companies as employers, an community members as advocates of those with disabilities.
